We use Royal Mail to make sure your new items arrive safely. You’ll receive an email from the courier when we’ve sent your parcel with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress. You’ll also be assigned a delivery slot and be able to re-arrange your delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe place or local collection point.
